Blue Cape Animal Rescue and Welfare Foundation, Pulgaon is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, protection, treatment, and welfare of animals in need. Our mission is to provide care and dignity to injured, abandoned, and vulnerable animals while promoting compassion and responsibility toward all living beings.
We work actively in animal rescue operations, emergency medical assistance, treatment, vaccination, sterilization, and rehabilitation. The Foundation also supports gaushala initiatives, care for injured and stray animals, and animal welfare programs in rural and semi-urban areas.
